As a Program Coordinator , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities: Coordinate client admissions, assessments, and care plans. Supervise and mentor Home Care Aides, conducting client visits and providing support. Facilitate daily operations meetings and address client and staff concerns. Maintain accurate client records and assist with payroll and billing. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources. What do I need for this role with Redstone? Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations. Reliable, independent transportation. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
